Application Checklist

Documents submitted by parents/guardians may be emailed to:

School records and standardized test scores should be submitted directly by the student’s school to the same address above.

Teacher recommendations must be submitted directly by the student’s Language Arts and Math teachers using the online Teacher Recommendation Form

Please make sure your child’s full name is included with all documents so that we can match each item to the correct application.

Please note: An application is considered complete only after Reach for Excellence has received all required application materials.
